Drew Clary's CoStar Impact Award for Lease of the Year in St. Louis

Congratulations, Drew Clary, Principal of Intelica, on the CoStar Impact Award for Lease of the Year in St. Louis, MO. Clary secured the lease agreement with Door.com, a publicly traded company, that relocated from New York to St. Louis. The lease covered 60,000 SF of industrial and warehouse space at 1220 N. Price in Olivette, MO.
