We regularly provide a survey to the tenants of the properties we manage. Essentially asking them what we are doing well and what we can do better. This allows us to identify problems or deficiencies and attend to them in a more timely manner, and to also more easily call attention to the positives and congratulate those who are responsible. In a recent tenant survey we received over 95% positive feedback. That positive feedback is a reflection of our dedication to quality management services... and also could have a little bit to do with the popular St. Louis area food trucks we have regularly pulling up for lunch.
