Bamboo Equity Partners closes on fifth acquisition for the Bamboo Micro Opportunity Fund I, L.P.

The Intertech Building at 1859 Bowles Avenue, a 65,320 SF office building in Fenton, becomes the fifth asset within the firm’s Bamboo Micro Opportunity Fund I, L.P.

"Fenton has historically been an industrial market, and it's good to see office follow that. I believe retail will come after that too," says Dan Dokovic, Managing Principal of Bamboo Equity Partners.

At acquisition, Intertech was 78% leased. Joel Meyer, Ed Backer and Michael Backer of Intelica's brokerage team will handle leasing the building's available space. Intelica's Property Manager, Tina Ripple, will oversee Property Management of the space.
