Clearent Newest Tenant at 11330 Olive Boulevard

We are excited to announce that Clearent will be the newest tenant in the HBE office building located at 11330 Olive Blvd. Intelica CRE's Dan Dokovic and Joel Meyer represented the owner and Mike Carlson with Newmark Grubb Zimmer represented the tenant. Clearent has leased the entire second floor of the building - the 29,640 SF space will be the location of their new headquarters, previously located at 222 South Central Ave., Suite 700 in Clayton.

11330 Olive Boulevard currently has 142,759 SF available for rent on five floors. Located in the heart of Creve Coeur, this property brings unparalleled amenities - patio seating, a cafeteria, on-site gym and ample parking. Full building renovations are currently underway, with expected completion by summer 2019.
