Midwest Real Estate News released its “Best of Best” issue this August ranking the best commercial estate firms in the region across several different categories. This year, Intelica CRETM ranked in the “Top Broker” and the “Top Property Management” categories for the 6th consecutive year. “We are so appreciative of this recognition. Intelica’s 2017 transactions totaled to $111,344,556; $68,765,223 were leasing transactions and $42,579,333 were investment transactions. The total square footage of the company’s 83 leases accrued to 3,134,176 square feet. A few of the notable transactions included Bellerive I and II in Creve Coeur, 13930 Missouri Bottom Road in Hazelwood and 8404 Midcounty Industrial in Vinita Park.
In 2011, Intelica owned and/or managed 2,054,822 square feet; 1,063,885 square feet were office properties, 422,472 were industrial properties and 568,465 were retail properties. Clayton Plaza in Richmond Heights, Bellerive Corp. Center in Creve Coeur and The Westport in Maryland Heights were some of our prominent projects.
