Brokerage Associate


  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through representation of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors.
  • Acquire new clients and assignments in office prospecting, and out of office networking.
  • Decisions must be made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve deadlines and desired results.
  • Will be responsible for setting own project deadlines.
  • Rigorous use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including to Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Work with marketing department to maximize exposure of existing and new listings
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by Principals, other broker associates & marketing.


  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in multiple situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discount rates, and commissions. Conduct basic financial analysis of various types of real estate and related leases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Missouri Real Estate Salesperson license
  • Ability to work in a sales environment. Should be organized, creative, outgoing
